Tournament Update!

Good luck to all students competing in the District Tournament this weekend (March 13–14) at The Harbor Center in Slidell, Louisiana!

Here’s what you need to know:

✅ Find Your Ring Number

• Arrive at your ring 10 minutes early for your Forms & Sparring (or Tiger Cub) competition.
• Check your details and notify us ASAP if anything looks incorrect.

✅ Board Breaking

• Check your Board Breaking Window next to your competition time.
• Go to the Board Breaking Area sometime during that window (total time required: ~15 min)
• Tiger Cubs (ages 4-5) and White & Yellow Belt Juniors (ages 6-11) will complete Board Breaking in their competition ring (not the Board Breaking Area).

✅ Uniform & Equipment

• Make sure you have full uniform and all required gear.
• Check the full requirement list here.

✅ Spectator Fee & Merchandise

• $10 cash-only fee for spectators (ages 6+ who are not competing).
• Limited t-shirts & belt sliders available for purchase (cash only).

✅ Positive Attitudes Only!

The tournament is a supportive environment for competitors, judges, instructors, parents, and spectators.
